Your account activation notice contains the username, password and hostnames that you will need to use our services. Please keep this information safe and have it to hand when contacting us for any reason..

GENERAL SETTING

• Path to perl: /usr/bin/perl
• Path to sendmail: /usr/sbin/sendmail
• Path to most perl modules, such as ImageMagick: /usr/bin/
  
  Please take note that asp files does not work on Unix server.

CANCELLATION  

Customers may cancel their account at any time.

Fees charged on a prepaid basis are non-refundable. Once the initial trial period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by mathost.com. In addition some accounts incur setup fees, these charges are also non-refundable.

To cancel your account, please send an email. Be sure to include your name, your address, your account name, your account password, your primary domain name. Your account will be cancel at the next billing date.
