CANCELLATION  

Customers may cancel their account at any time.

Fees charged on a prepaid basis are non-refundable. Once the initial trial period has expired customers are not entitled to receive a refund unless the service is cancelled by mathost.com. In addition some accounts incur setup fees, these charges are also non-refundable.

To cancel your account, please send an email to cancel@mathost.com Be sure to include your name, your address, your account name, your account password, your primary domain name. Your account will be cancel at the next billing date.
